All orders are made to order. Please allow
3-7 business days for custom tumblers and 1-3 business days for pre-made tumblers for processing before your item ships.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes
3–5 business days via USPS. You'll receive tracking details by email.
Shipping Rates:
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75!
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Crafted Sip Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once scanned by
the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours
with photos of the product and packaging.
💸 Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final due to the handmade and personalized nature of my tumblers. However, your happiness matters to me!
I offer replacements or refunds only if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible, contact me at craftedsipco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
Custom Orders:
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders unless the issue was my mistake.
🛠️ Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have started and changes may not be possible.
